**Job Description:**



This is a great opportunity to join the Wholesale Credit Process Ownership team! We are seeking an Adoption and Sustainability Analyst with a broad commercial lending background. The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst will apply their knowledge and expertise in commercial lending to drive consistent execution of policy and procedure in support of WC. In this capacity he or she is responsible for identifying changes, gauging adoption, analyzing results and trends, interacting with WC associates and leaders, and creating communications around findings.



The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst focuses on partnering with Process Owners and Policy Owners in deeply understanding changes being implemented across WC, establishing methods to evaluate, prioritize, and design examination activities to ensure changes are properly adopted by the intended audiences. The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst interacts and partners with associates in the business to educate and gather feedback with a focus on identifying roadblocks to adoption, ultimately improving the quality of credit submissions. The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst identifies gaps in adoption, performs root cause analysis and partners with process and policy owners to deliver change in a way that improves associate adoption in a sustainable way.



The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst will have deep subject matter expertise that supports their ability to partner with senior leaders and independently execute the scope of their responsibilities. The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst may have expanded job expectations beyond those described above to include various project work supporting continued improvement of WC processes. The Adoption and Sustainability Analyst will be expected to propose clear solutions, drive implementation and ensure changes have accomplished the intended result.



Role may be filled as an Adoption and Sustainability Analyst or Sr. Adoption and Sustainability Officer depending on experience.



**Required Skills:**



+ Ability to analyze problems and identify both tactical and strategic solutions to address

+ 3+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience with deep knowledge of credit policy and procedure

+ Understanding of commercial credit; loan documentation, loan agreements, financial spreads, financial statements, etc.

+ Experience in credit operations, technology, process design or project management a plus



+ Candidate must be detail orientated and demonstrate a high regard for operational excellence

+ Candidate must be highly organized with excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to create and execute project plans

+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines

+ Ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple stakeholders

+ Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also as an engaged member of a team

+ Effective communication, oral and written, and ability to influence decisions to achieve desired results

+ Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills

+ Bachelor's Degree (preferred)



**Desired Skills:**



+ Risk management, process and control assessment experience

+ Prior experience in reviewing credit including a role in Credit Review or Audit; prior reporting experience
