Sr. Data Enablement Manager

Job Description

  • Lead a One K-C, global approach to the integration of our analytic, reporting, and data landscape. This role must develop a deep understand of business needs within regions focused on integration of data and reporting to support insights, activation, and analytics. This role is critical to our K-C digital transformation across people, process, and technology. There are many cross functional stakeholders globally to inspire, influence, and manage.
  • Lead product management activities, as Product Manager, for both the Global Holistic Measurement and Data & Privacy Management products. Partner with K-C ITS and external suppliers to define business requirements and ensure readiness for solutions within markets and regions. Focus is to achieve global scale and consistency to maximize value while balancing customization to ensure brand teams are provided appropriate solutions.
  • Lead the data strategy and integration efforts across lead markets for strategic initiatives. Recommend and provide SME to support: Consumer targeting, media activation, measurement, and marketing capabilities.
  • Understand consumer data usage globally and identify industry gaps to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with business team stakeholders on successful pilots. Define requirements to deliver operational scale.
  • Influence the governance/management of external data and analytic consultants to leverage scale, drive value proposition, and meet or exceed delivery expectations for K-C globally.


Drive Strategic Business Value and Innovation

  • Partner with regions/markets to create a data strategy approach that supports and enables their SBP goals.
  • Provide trusted advice, influence and thought leadership on data related topics across our marketing teams (local, regional, and global).
  • Maintain a strategic data landscape maturity roadmap for where marketing capabilities are currently and moving to in the future based on industry trends. This will both educate and future proof K-C.
  • Create a standardized way of understanding which partners most matter to K-C brands, and workflow across relevant K-C markets.
  • Maintain strong collaboration, improved transparency and open communication channels between GSLT, RSL, and ITS to ensure better decision making.

Provide leadership for the CGO organization for strategic, data enabled strategies and capabilities

  • Drive best practices and corporate standards across the enterprise.
  • Assist with data rich capability RFI/RFPs by collaborating with regions/markets to assess the best partners and evaluation criteria.
  • Partner with ITS to improve processes - provide data access, ensure data integrity, and assist in developing analytic requirements to enable strategic insights.
  • Lead governance of large data suppliers/partners ensuring data and capability innovation trajectories are aligned with K-C business needs.

Build Regional/Functional organizational talent

  • Activate with a network of K-C global/regional stakeholders to support our marketing teams and empower digital disruption calibrated against market maturity.
  • Create a positive culture climate remove barriers, promote collaboration, facilitate teamwork.
  • Promote the K-C Way of Brand Building.


  • Education: Bachelors Degree, MBA or graduate level degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in data driven capabilities supporting marketing and/or analytic functions.
    • Broad knowledge of end to end solutions relevant to marketing technology and consumer engagement.
    • Project management experience of +10 years in dealing with medium to large projects.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic decision making and influence.
    • Demonstrated team leadership experience.
    • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance, cultures and time zone in a matrix with multiple reporting lines; and may extend outside of K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
    • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
  • Competencies:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and calm persistence in navigating tough industry challenges to build capabilities ahead of the curve.
    • Outstanding communication skills, especially ability to make complicated subjects and capabilities accessible, understandable and actionable.
    • Demonstrated ability to articulate strategy, capability solutions and their business implications that can drive impact with Sr. Executives and Business leaders within K-C.
    • Ability to prioritize and maintain focus in complex and shifting environments.
    • Is adept at analyzing and resolving problems through above-average clarity of thought, attention to detail, observation, listening skills, and persistence.
    • Takes initiative to keep skills up to date.
