Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Renovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management of multiple renovation projects in various stages of completion. You will work directly with the customer as a single point of contact for said renovation, and work closely the renovation Director, field renovation specialists, and management.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Single point of contact for renovation customers and renovation projects
  • Responsible for developing and fostering relationship with renovation customers and assisting in growing renovation sales.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships on a local, regional, and national level, or combination thereof.
  • Responsible for all aspects of renovation job set up including forecasting, pricing, tracking, communication, timeline, samples, special needs, etc.
  • Manages job throughout lifecycle to ensure that any changes to a job are communicated and accounted for.
  • Will work with Ferguson's quotation management system to maintain customer job quotes, job correspondence, vendor pricing, and job status.
  • Responsible for job follow up including tracking of all pertinent information obtained after intent to award is disclosed.
  • Collaboration with SPG to ensure product alignment and consistency with FFS product strategy.
  • Alignment with inventory efficiency goals and maintenance of job performance against job expectations.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with Ferguson Facilities Supply or project management.
  • Must have intricate knowledge of hospitality and/or multifamily customer verticals.
  • Must be well versed in FFS processes and departmental organization.
  • Ability to delegate work.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and process oriented to manage multiple priorities
  • Extremely thorough and detail-oriented and should be aware of established processes
  • Advanced communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of multiple CMRO departments preferred
  • In good standing (performance and attendance)
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with upper Management

EXEMPTION STATUS:

  • Role is classified as Exempt and is not eligible to receive additional compensation for hours worked in excess of the relevant State and Federal standards.
