Now hiring for production workers, m aterial handlers, painters, lead positions, and inspectors.

Production worker:

  • Loads/unloads parts on production line
  • Prepares parts for paint
  • Performs basic visual inspection for rust or damage.
  • Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures to meet customer commitments or plant metrics and performance
  • Promotes and utilizes 5-S Standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety

Material handler:
  • Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials to be moved.
  • Moves materials to and from customers and production line as well as to other areas on production floor via forklift.
  • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
  • Inspects incoming and outgoing loads and reports any quality issues to supervisor.
  • Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on containers.
  • Stores materials according to process instruction/customer requirements.
  • Data Entry for MITS system.
  • Ensure fork lift is inspected before each shift, and report any faults.
  • Makes simple adjustments or repairs such as lubricating fork lift, recharging batteries, filling fuel tank, or replacing liquefied gas tank.
  • Assists in loading and unloading parts on the production line when not driving fork lift.
  • Promotes and utilizes 5-S Standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

Painter:
  • Turns valves and observes gauges to set pressure and to control flow of paint to each spray station.
  • Adjusts thermostat to maintain specified temperature in paint tanks.
  • Inspects painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas.
  • Readjusts pressure valves to control direction and pattern of spray and to correct flaws in coating.
  • Cleans paint from ceiling and walls of booth, conveyor hooks or grid, and from disks, cones, spray heads, and hoses.
  • Hand sprays parts to cover unpainted areas or apply rust preventative.
  • Mixes paint according to specifications with viscometer to regulate consistency according to changes in atmospheric conditions.
  • Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures, to meet customer commitments, or plant metrics and performance.
  • Promotes and utilizes 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

Line lead:
  • Guides, trains, coaches, and counsels team members to ensure productivity and quality targets are met and to maximize line utilization, and the growth of team members' skills and flexibility.
  • Reports and analyzes performance metrics to provide feedback to team members, determine areas for improvement, and move toward achievement of targets.
  • Lead and participate in problem solving and process improvement teams to exceed customer commitments or plant metrics and performance.
  • Communicates with other departments and team members to provide appropriate information and consistent service to internal and external customers.
  • Perform the work of the line by handling parts, inspecting, and packaging finished goods, and provide parts and equipment to the line in order to maximize utilization.
  • Ensure the required performance, process, and quality testing is completed in order to provide consistent coating quality to our customers and financial performance to the shareholders.
  • Promote and utilize 5-S standards to improve safety, efficiency, and cleanliness. Create and coordinate the execution of action plans to achieve 5-S targets.

Inspector:
  • Loads/unloads parts on production line.
  • Inspects and packages finished goods.
  • Performs the required performance, process, and quality testing in order to provide consistent coating quality to customers.
  • Creates and applies MITS labels.
  • Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures, to meet customer commitments, or plant metrics and performance.
  • Promotes and utilizes 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
