PPG Services is hiring a Product Manager to envision, lead and execute on complex and exciting customer facing products and their internal counterparts. As a Product Manager, you will develop both new and existing products across a variety of business disciplines as well as champion the needs and concerns of stakeholders daily.   • Contribute to defining and evolving product roadmaps, crafting user stories, scenarios, and product backlogs
  • Analyze and report on key metrics relevant to the impact of the experiences you deliver
  • Embody servant leadership and represent your team effectively, substantiate our efforts and the driving decisions behind it
  • Assist in the training of internal product users and establish an ongoing relationship with key team members to learn and improve experiences iteratively.
  • Drive tactical goals of the organization across all facets of user-centered design to ensure development teams think in terms of people's experiences, not just technologies
  • Partner with our engineering, UX, design team and business partners to ensure new products have a vision and strategy aligning the user's needs with our business goals
  • Ensure new product explorations align with a deep understanding of how people might use them and are grounded in the delivery of user values
  • Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
  • Foster an inclusive environment that values differences and builds a sense of belonging and appreciation for team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Product Management
  • Proven experience with agile + SCRUM
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferred focus in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must understand the value of being agile vs. doing agile and flourish in the intersection
  • Ideal candidate is a naturally curious person who loves to dive deep into complex workflows and systems in order to find opportunities to simplify and remove friction
  • Possesses an innate ability to make things happen. Acts as a positive force that influences and drives the people who are collaborating with you.
  • Driven to collaborate across teams and can lead without structured authority
  • Shows excellent awareness and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem
  • Familiarity with architectural painting and/or general contractor industries is not required, but it is a plus
