Description **Job Description:**

Lead all aspects of Global Markets Credit Quality Risk Management, including Risk measurement and monitoring, Limit setting and monitoring. Primary point of contact between Global Markets vertical and Credit Risk horizontal to make sure all Credit Risk functions in GM are performed consistent with elsewhere in Credit Risk in the Firm. Monitor all portfolio activity with various reports and processes to assess impacts on Asset Quality Risk Appetite for Global Markets and Lines of Businesses. Additionally, the candidate will work with the Global Risk Analytics team, FLU SMEs, Wholesale Credit, and other partners as new models are built for the Asset Backed Lending portfolio as well as on work related to compliance with implementation of regulations IFRS9 and CECL. Generate presentations for the FLUs on business performance for quarterly forecast updates highlighting key changes within the portfolios and other drivers.

To accomplish the above: Lead the team to maintain the database built out internally for more in depth and granular analysis of the data on a timely basis.

Work with risk managers and other risk partners to ensure that all portfolio underwriting variances (PUV) and portfolio analytics (PA) are being captured and reported for Global Markets. Additionally, participate in the monthly PUV/PA council meetings as the Global Markets voting member and help drive annual limit setting for Global Markets. The candidate will also work with line of business risk managers and Credit Risk Policy on any changes regarding the PUV/PA framework.

Lead all aspects of reporting and monitoring around the Non Trading Investment Portfolio and FICC Lending Portfolio and GMRC Production as well as Portfolio Reviews. Also take charge of the FICC Lending Stress Calculation and Report for GMRC monthly monitoring/reporting. Additional responsibilities regarding the Global Markets loan population include

Reviewing the 14Q for the Corp, CRE, and Mortgage templates with the Regulatory reporting team and reviewing for potential issues to escalate prior to the Risk Executive signoff. Analyzing portfolio growth trends and drivers for both internal and external regulatory inquiries.

**_Required Skill-Set-_**

+ Very high organizational/system/people skills to juggle many different and unrelated processes working with wide spectrum of constituencies within the broader Risk/Finance/FO organizations.

+ Substantial data/database knowledge.

+ BA/BS or equivalent degree from a top university in finance/economics/computer engineering.

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in related fields such as risk management, front office, finance, data management

+ A broad knowledge across financial products and asset classes and an understanding of Market and Credit Risk metrics/methodologies

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills

+ Advanced desktop technology skills including database management, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new programs and applications.
