Job Description

This role is predominately focused on: Incentive Planning /ProjectManagement/Administrationand process management/execution for our Consumer Banking and Merrill Edge IncentivePlans.

This role will maintain an enterprise view of the business that allows them to partner with Comp, HR and key executives to design incentive plans that enable the FLU to achieve its businessobjectives. This role will work in a collaborative fashion with the LOB along with our ICOE business control partners to execute on the controls and processes within the plan along with the end to end administration of the plan. The role will require strong partnerships with the Line of Business partners to deliver on plan design and to act as the incentive subject matter expert for key business partners. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, result driven environment with changing priorities while building relationships and influencing business and technology partners

Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen control environment

+ Build relationships with partners to support design, monitoring, governance and administration activities

+ Managing operation risk and efficiencies

+ Ensure strong documentation in line with ICOE standards

+ Manages components of plan manuals and reference materials

+ Able to analyze and interpret elements of plans from metric performance to payouts

+ Able to summarize and present complex data to ICOE and LOB executives

+ Partners with Line of Business partners on plan design process in support of compensation strategy and business objectives

+ Act as a key advisor for business partners in developing strategy, identifying opportunities and evaluating risks

+ Helps facilitate requests and initiatives by balancing LOB requests and business needs with ease of administrations, risk, viability, etc.

+ Engage key stakeholders to take action on insights and recommendations

+ Works with Center of Excellence (COE) partners to ensure capabilities required to support new plans/changes are executed as requested (including BRD process/ features and admn)

+ Serves as the Incentive Subject Matter Expert (SME) for COE and key business partners

+ Ensures proper risk disciplines are in place and takes action to ensure appropriate resolution

+ Collaborates with Comp,HR and other key business partners to develop and implement training and communication strateties to ensure associate readiness

+ Manages components of plan manuals and reference materials

Role Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

+ 3+ years applicable and relevant experience within the Consumer and Merrill Lynch line of business

_Responsible for directing the day-to-day finance activities for a business unit or associate area. Activities include strategic and annual planning and implementation, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting. Manages partner relationships and associates. Considered a working manager. In addition to supervisory / administrative duties, individuals are actively involved in the execution of processes. Assists management in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. This role may be filled as a SFA or Finance Manager_
