Primary Purpose

Responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns running on a multitude of platforms. To utilize their diverse and comprehensive digital revenue product knowledge to ensure campaigns are meeting client goals and the products and tactics chosen gives the campaign the best chance for success.

Key Activities

  • Collaborate with our suite of revenue product vendors to acquire and maintain product knowledge, both from a consumer facing and implementation perspective

  • Support successful product development and related communications within the team and related departments

  • Responsible for the health and success of our digital campaigns by utilizing pacing to identify optimization opportunities and applying them to ensure fulfillment aligned with client goals

  • Collaborate with local sales teams to align optimization strategies with local sales variables

  • Communicate campaign results to local sales to aid in retention and upselling opportunities

  • Gather data to assist internal departments with regards to ad inventory, forecasting, sell through rates

  • Support implementations and ensures that assigned elements of advertising campaigns are completed in an accurate and timely manner

  • Completes revenue recognition in a variety of billing systems

  • Compares reporting with third party to confirm campaign reporting is tracking and campaigns are running as contracted

  • Troubleshoots on pre-launch creative, working with vendor to resolve creative issues

  • Generate frequent client campaign reports

  • Assist in the RFP process for national campaigns

  • Respond to billing team inquiries to resolve monthly invoicing queries

  • Contribute to a positive professional environment with clients, vendors and internal teams

  • Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams

  • Other duties as assigned


Education & Experience/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in related field

  • 2 - 3 years experience in digital sales and\\or digital sales support required

  • Experience with digital ad serving technology

  • Experience with order management systems

  • Experience with vendor management

Skills & Abilities

  • Must be digitally savvy and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to successfully manage several campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Adapt well to constant change, proactive and resourceful, with meticulous attention to detail

  • Think creatively and work collaboratively

  • Innate ability to quickly learn digital revenue products

  • Familiarity with Digital and Broadcast advertising

  • General knowledge of third party ad serving solutions as well as rich media technologies, including impression and click through tracking pixels

  • Experience with web analytics, e.g., Omniture, Quantcast, Google Analytics

  • Experience with digital ad serving technology

  • Experience with Wide Orbit traffic, DoubleClick, and FatTail order management systems
