Our local properties include: Barrcrest, The Reserve at Greenfield, Village Green, Bentley Ridge, Greenfield Estates, Greenview Terrace, Orchard The Summit at Mill Creek, and The Crossings.Our next team member will be primarily located at Greenview Terrace and may move around to other properties as needed.



Building Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspect of apartment community meets companys standards and applicable laws in the areas of inspection, maintenance and repair. In this role you will oversee on-site maintenance staff and lead the team in diagnosis and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliance.



Responsibilities for our Lead Building Maintenance Technicians:



  • Establish and adhere to a preventative maintenance program for all property equipment and apartment systems.

  • Works with the property manager to schedule and complete make-ready work for all vacant units.

  • Directs workers engaged in grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance, and general cleaning duties. Participating where necessary.

  • Manages all maintenance material inventory including tools, equipment, and supplies. Constantly evaluating ways to reduce costs and find best value pricing.

  • Regularly checks in on vacant units to ensure that they are secure and in good order.

  • Works with property manager to review and coordinate work orders. Performs work necessary to complete work orders in a timely fashion

  • Ability to perform light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. As well as, appliance troubleshooting and repair.

  • Responsible for helping to ensure the safety of all co-workers and guest by reporting any safety concerns to the property manager immediately.

Our next co-worker will ideally possess the following:



  • Certificate or degree from a mechanical related program preferred.

  • A minimum3-5 years related experience required.

  • Software skills and knowledge preferred: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.

  • Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities

  • The ability to multitask and remain highly organized are a must.

  • HVAC/EPA certification required.

  • Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record required
