We are looking for an Account Specialistto support our teamin ourGreen Bay, WI office.

TheAccountSpecialistcreates value by supporting the fiber traders with up to date customer information and providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Employees that mirror the values of the organization will have opportunities to advance into roles with increased responsibility.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


  • Scheduling truck loads and rail car shipments

  • Building and sustaining positive relationships with internal and external customers

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives and handle changing customer needs

  • Exhibiting strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment

  • Maintaining a strong sense of urgency and good decision-making skills in a changing environment

  • Exhibiting analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Exhibiting a strong work ethic, organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills

  • Working with a high degree of detail and accuracy

  • Partnering with team members to share best practices and improve efficiency

What You Will Need:


  • High school diploma

  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook

What will Put You Ahead:


  • Bachelors Degree

  • Understanding of domestic logistics such as rail, truck
